Mission

The Mission of FITNESS FOR KIDS is to inspire and educate an entire generation of children and young families towards optimum fitness, health and life quality through the metaphors of daily physical activity, healthy nutrition and respectful living.

The fitness of children is nowadays a social problem: lack of exercise, obesity and lack of respect for oneself and others threaten the future of our children. Fitness for Kids works with children as well as their parents and teachers with an approved fitness system in order for them to grow up fit, strong and healthy again.
